How Our Network Works

Who You Talk To

You first reach Devicesspeaks Septic, the referral service. We gather the basics and route your request. Then you talk with an independent provider from the network.

That provider is a separate business. Providers do the work, set their own prices and make their own scheduling decisions.

What Happens on the Call

Expect a short, practical conversation. Be ready to cover:

  • What you see: backup, odor, slow drains, wet yard.
  • When it started.
  • Which fixtures are affected.
  • Whether there has been recent heavy rain or frost.

Have your notes and photos nearby. Details help the provider judge urgency. Many providers can respond quickly, but availability varies. Request a callback to check provider availability.

What to Ask a Provider

Ask these before agreeing to any work:

  • What do you think is causing this?
  • What are the repair options, and what does each involve?
  • What is the price range, and will I get a written quote?
  • What could change the price once work begins?
  • Are you licensed and insured for this work?
  • How long will the job likely take?
  • Can you help document the damage if I file a claim?

Write down the answers. They are useful if you compare quotes.

You Are in Control

A referral is not a contract. You can ask questions, request other quotes or decline. You decide whether to hire the provider.

Take your time on non-urgent decisions. If sewage is backing up into the house, though, do not wait long. Early action often keeps damage smaller.

Keep Your Records

Save the quote, any invoice and your photos in one place. Dated records make later conversations with your insurer easier. Some policies may cover sudden damage, so check your policy.
